DECLARATIONS

I/We, individually or jointly ("I"), confirm that the above details are true and correct. I am responsible for keeping the above information current and accurate. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and where I am acting as a Guardian/Karta/Authorised Person, I have the necessary authority to execute this entire document and operate the investment account on behalf of the Minor/HUF/Company or other entities, respectively. I am responsible to declare all the countries in which I am a resident for tax purposes, along with my respective Tax Identification Numbers. I confirm that I am not United States (U.S.) persons within the meaning of Regulation (S) under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, or as defined by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, as amended from time to time or residents of Canada.

I have understood, and hereby unconditionally agree to abide by the terms of the Investor Services Agreement below. I authorise WealthVeda and/or its authorised service provider to execute the National Automated Clearing House("NACH")/Direct Debit mandate, subsequent NACH/Direct debit instructions related to my investments and/or electronic money transfer instructions through online payment gateway(s) or otherwise.

I hereby allow WealthVeda and/or its authorised service provider to utilize my KYC information such as identity (name, PAN, age etc.), address and signature for sending it to Asset Management Companies (AMC) for the purpose of validation and to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements. I hereby accept that the signature available in the CVL KRA records/system would be used for signature verification for processing any requests made by me through the Website and in the event of such signature not being available or legible in the CVL KRA records/system, I understand and agree that the AMC shall be entitled to carry out further checks to validate the authenticity of the request and/ or to reject/disallow any transaction in connection therewith.

I authorise WealthVeda to carry out all mutual fund investment/redemption instructions ("Instructions") which I provide through the website WealthVeda.com ("Website"), using the Phone or the Email and Password ("Login Credentials") or other modes of authorization as acceptable to WealthVeda at its discretion, associated with my WealthVeda Investment Account.

I hereby confirm that all my instructions are execution-only transactions and any advice provided by WealthVeda is general and incidental in nature to its business as a Mutual Fund distributor and WealthVeda has not charged any advisory fees on such transactions. I authorise WealthVeda to communicate with the Asset Management Company (Mutual Fund Company or "AMC") on my behalf for financial and non-financial transactions and to receive details of my investment from the AMC.

INVESTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT

A. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

This document is a legal contract between WealthVeda and me ("Agreement"). I have applied for an Investment Account after understanding the nature and scope of services ("Services") provided by WealthVeda. The operation of my investment account and the execution of Instructions are subject to this Agreement, and the "Offer Documents" (Collective term for Offer Document, Scheme Information Document, Statement of Additional Information, Key Information Memorandum, issued by the Asset Management Company ("AMC") that manages the mutual fund of the respective AMC. I/We also confirm that I/we have read and understood the FATCA Terms and Conditions available on the website and hereby accept the same.
My identity is authenticated on the Website by the use of my Login Credentials or otherwise as acceptable to WealthVeda at its discretion. WealthVeda will consider instructions authenticated by my Login Credentials to have originated from me. I have the right to transact directly with the AMC even in respect of the investments made through WealthVeda. AMC shall regularly send to me (only to the first holder) communication like Account Statements, fund updates etc. I have not received nor have been induced by any rebate or gifts, directly or indirectly in making any investments. WealthVeda reserves the complete rights to change/stop the services for any reasons, whatsoever.

DATA TRANSMISSION

Client's data is transmitted between Client's device and Wealthveda servers using Secured HTTPS protocol with encryption. HTTPS is the technology used to create secure connections between a web browser and servers.

B. WEALTHVEDA'S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE TO:

Maintain the security and confidentiality of my personal information and my financial transactions.
Ensure that my money and Instructions reach to the appropriate AMC.
Ensure scientific selection of mutual fund schemes.
Respond to my queries relating to the Services promptly and efficiently.

C. MY OBLIGATIONS AS PER THIS AGREEMENT ARE TO:

Ensure that the money I invest is from my bank account (primary holder's bank account in case of Investment Account held jointly), is from legitimate sources and is remitted through approved banking channels. Keep my Login Credentials safe and secret. Promptly change my Login Credentials and inform WealthVeda of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of them.
Make an informed investment decision by reading the Offer Documents of the mutual fund schemes that I am investing in. I/We have read and understood the terms and features of the scheme(s) and associated risk factors and have satisfied myself/ourselves about the suitability of the scheme(s) for my/our investment in light of my/our risk appetite and investment horizon.
Seek independent financial planning, legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice before investing or withdrawing. Execute and deliver to WealthVeda from time to time such documents as may be specified by WealthVeda for compliance purposes or otherwise.

D. WEALTHVEDA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Losses incurred because the AMC does not accept my investment request.
Losses incurred because the bank does not honor my NACH/Direct Debit Mandate.
Any disclosures made or actions performed by WealthVeda to comply with any laws, orders, rules, regulations or directions of any Government or regulatory or other authorities. Any unauthorized/ improper/erroneous/fraudulent access to my account and any loss, financial or otherwise, which I may incur.
Any loss or damage caused because the Website, telephone(s), or office(s) of WealthVeda were not available, accessible, affordable or for any other reason. Any loss, notional or otherwise, incurred due to delays or failures either at the Bank, Registrar and Transfer Agency, AMC, or any third party involved at any point in time. Any act that is not WealthVeda's obligation in this Agreement or is beyond its control.
Not verifying any or all self-attested documents or self-declared statements, including the authority to invest on a minor's or a company's behalf Losses incurred because of investments made through WealthVeda.

E. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

I am aware that WealthVeda is a registered distributor of mutual funds and receives upfront and trail commissions from AMCs details of which are available on the Website. There may be an Entry or Exit load and Capital Gain Taxes in Mutual Fund schemes, which are mentioned in the offer documents and the extant laws.
I understand that all sales and purchase and all other acts done by WealthVeda for me pursuant to this agreement shall be at my risk and cost and in consideration thereof, I agree to pay charges /fees as per WealthVeda schedules of charges/fees. I agree and understand that any such charges/fees will be in addition to those levied by the mutual fund AMC. All fees, charges, and reimbursement of expenditure shall be paid or made in full by me without any counter-claim, set off or withholding. While, currently, all mutual funds related transactions done using the WealthVeda platform are free of any transaction charges, WealthVeda reserves the right to change the fee schedule in future. Any such changes will be communicated via email 14 days ahead of implementation and will be displayed on our website. Under such circumstances, I understand that I will be allowed to transfer my assets out of my WealthVeda Investment Account without incurring any costs payable to WealthVeda. In addition, to my rights under the clause A.5, WealthVeda shall help, to the extent possible in its capacity, in communicating the procedure to access my investments through AMCs directly or in transferring out of my investments to other service providers, whichever applicable.
My Investment Account will be activated after WealthVeda verifies my personal information in accordance with the Know Your Client ("KYC") guidelines issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"). For this verification, I give my consent to WealthVeda to share information with KRA's, AMC's, RTA's and WealthVeda's Service Partners, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and for the purpose of fulfilling its obligations under this agreement. Investments from residents in the United States of America and Canada are not permitted in certain mutual funds. WealthVeda shall not be liable for rejection of such application by Mutual Funds, where an investor is a US and/or Canada person as per the applicable law of the land.
WealthVeda does not, and is not obliged to offer all mutual fund schemes for investment. By limiting the number of schemes on the Website, WealthVeda does not make any representation as to the quality, bona fides or nature of any AMC or mutual fund scheme, or any other representation, warranty or guaranty, express or implied. I understand and unconditionally agree that WealthVeda does not in any manner: Guarantee payments on any units
Guarantee liquidity of any units; Make an offer to buy back any units
Guarantee the redemption or repayment of any units on maturity
Guarantee the payments of interest or dividend
Promise, indicate or guarantee any returns
Any sum invested through WealthVeda Investment Services Account is not a deposit with WealthVeda and is not bank insured. The same is not endorsed or guaranteed and does not constitute obligations of WealthVeda or any of its subsidiaries/associates/ affiliates companies whose role as described in this agreement.
For investments using NACH/ Direct Debit/Payment Gateway(s), WealthVeda will first submit the NACH/ Direct Debit/Payment Gateways(s) instruction(s) to my bank. My request for subscription will be sent to the AMC only after receiving confirmation of successful money transfer to the AMC's account. Consequently, there may be a lag between the date of debit to my account and date WealthVeda submits my request to the AMC.
Subject to the point no. E.8 my Instructions will be processed the same business day if received before the cut-off time(s) specified by WealthVeda. Else, my Instructions will be processed on the next business day. WealthVeda may specify the cut-off time(s) prior to the time(s) specified by the AMC/ SEBI. The transactions once placed may not be canceled/reversed or can only be redeemed with the NAV applicable as per the redemption date subject to the cut-off time. The respective AMC shall credit the redeemed amount directly into the investor's account as per the offer documents.
I irrevocably authorise WealthVeda to execute my instruction(s) with regards to the purchase or redemption of the units. WealthVeda will forward my Instructions to the AMC electronically or otherwise, and the AMC will process the transactions on the basis of such Instructions only. AMCs are not obliged to accept my application for subscription to units of their mutual fund schemes in part or in full. If after execution of any transaction, it is for any reason found that I have not provided WealthVeda with sufficient funds for the transaction, I shall pay the deficient amount to WealthVeda together with any additional charges that may be payable by me, WealthVeda's demand being conclusive. For Investment Accounts held jointly, the mutual fund folios maintained by the concerned AMC will also be held jointly and all the individuals will have the same authority to operate those folios (Any or Survivor). All instructions (including instruction for modification of this clause) to WealthVeda shall be given only by the first holder, on behalf of all of the holders and for these purposes, the second and the third holders will irrevocably constitute the first holder as our agent. All instructions given by the first holder above shall be binding on all as if given by each of us personally.
I understand that the advice provided on the Website or otherwise is general advice only. It has been prepared as per the input provided by me. Before acting on this advice I must consider the appropriateness of the advice, having regard to my own objectives, financial situation, and needs. If any products are detailed here, I must read all the Scheme related documents like SID/KIM etc. relating to the products and consider its contents before making any decisions. Where quoted, past performance is not indicative of future performance. The amounts have been rounded up for the convenience. I accept sole responsibility associated with the use of the material, irrespective of the purpose for which such use or results are applied.
Any notice or other correspondence addressed by WealthVeda to me may be addressed to the first holder above at the address given by me above or to such address as WealthVeda may be aware. If according to me there is any discrepancy in the particulars or details of my transaction or account of statement then I shall be obliged to intimate the same to WealthVeda in writing in 10 days of the first holder receiving notice thereof, failing which such transaction, statement or account (as the case may be) shall be deemed to be correct and accepted by me and I will not be entitled to question the correctness or accuracy thereof.
While WealthVeda endeavors to provide the most accurate, up to date information available, the information and material on the website or otherwise may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and may be changed or updated without notice; WealthVeda will not be liable or responsible for any such inaccuracies, errors, changes or updates. WealthVeda also reserves the right to change and/or discontinue its currently provided services at any time, for any reason. I understand WealthVeda reserves all the rights at all times to provide me the access to the Website and/or Services. WealthVeda may terminate my Investment Account and/or prevent me from accessing the Website and/or Services at any time due to any malevolent and fraudulent activities of whatsoever nature by me or my complicit, if any, or closure enforcement by AMCs or Government or any such authority under the law of land. In such circumstances, I understand that since I have not invested in WealthVeda but financial products of AMCs or such other entities and thus I need to deal with these entities directly to access my investments and indemnify WealthVeda from any loss. In any other case, in addition to my rights under the clause A.5, WealthVeda shall help, to the extent possible in its capacity, in communicating the procedure to access my investments through AMCs directly or in transferring out of my investments to other service providers, whichever applicable.
My continued use of the Services will imply my acceptance of the changes.
I understand that I need to provide the signed physical copy of NACH/Direct Debit mandate for its registration with the respective bank. Further, for my own convenience I, acting in good faith, may provide the scanned copy of originally signed NACH mandate for faster registration with the respective bank to WealthVeda through the authorized modes like email, electronic upload, etc. In such a case, I authorize WealthVeda to process transactions by debiting my respective bank account, basis the scanned mandate form shared by me. I hereby confirm that the original mandate submitted by me is available with me and is under my custody for the time period of 10 years or as specified by RBI, whichever is longer. Therefore, I indemnify and hold harmless WealthVeda and all its officials, its successors, and assignees against any loss, damage arising out of any fraud, error/omission, misrepresentation caused due to any difference/contradiction between original mandate form and scanned mandate shared with WealthVeda. I further indemnify and hold WealthVeda harmless from any liability, proceedings, suit, legal cost under dispute arising out of transaction(s) processed by WealthVeda under this agreement. I further undertake to retrieve and provide the original mandate forms within 48 hours of receipt of such request from WealthVeda or as mandated by NPCI Dispute Management System whichever is earlier in case of any claim/proceedings/damages/charges which may arise due to processing of transactions (on the basis instructions of investments given to WealthVeda). The indemnity shall form an integral part of this agreement and shall survive post-termination of this agreement. I further understand that I can send the originally signed NACH mandate anytime to WealthVeda for its storage.

F. GOVERNING LAWS

The laws of India govern this Agreement. All disputes are subject, firstly, to mediation, and then by Arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by WealthVeda. The venue of arbitration will be Delhi.

G. SEBI CAUTION

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance.
